JDM Style Push to Start 3D Carbon Trim Ring Overlay

We have the connection in Japan and some small shops are making unique overlays for Subarus.  

Cover the chrome trim ring of your push to start button with this 3D Carbon overlay.  It’s premium material sourced in the US.  Deep dark black with a brilliant texture.  Also has air egress channels for easy installation.  

NOTE:  Fits trim rings that have a diameter of approximately 1-2/3″.  Ships as a pair in case you need a backup.  Does not include red button.

INSTALLATION

Clean the surface of the chrome trim ring.  Make sure it is free of dust, debris, Armor All, etc.  Start on one side of the overlay and travel around the ring pushing the it down with your fingers.  If your alignment appears to be off, pull the overlay off and start over.  Should you need to, use the backup ring.

Ultimately it should fit like our photos.  Use light heat from a hair dryer only if necessary.  The material can stretch with heat so be aware of that.  The heat can also encourage it to adhere in any areas that want to come up.
