The Injector Dynamics BPC100 is a 100-amp brushless pump controller engineered to deliver stable, repeatable fuel flow for high-power racing engines. Designed to pair with the TI Automotive E5LM brushless fuel pump, this controller provides reliable fueling for builds targeting 2,000+ horsepower on ethanol, even at fuel pressures up to 150 psi—from a single pump.
Traditional fuel pump setups suffer major flow drop as voltage and pressure rise. The BPC100 eliminates that limitation. Its microprocessor-based design monitors pump speed in real time, using an internal power supply to maintain a precise target flow rate. This ensures consistent output regardless of battery voltage, boost pressure, or rising system demands.
Where conventional dual-pump systems may drop from 1,000 l/h to as low as 500 l/h under load, the BPC100 maintains a steady 1,100 l/h, even in extreme conditions—such as 5 bar static pressure, 5 bar boost, and battery voltage falling to 8 volts. For racers who need dependable fuel delivery without adding multiple pumps, lines, and wiring, the BPC100 is the definitive single-pump solution.
