Low Viscosity | Ready-to-Use Formulation
MWF Light+ is a low-viscosity, lightweight PCTFE synthetic oil with excellent lubricity and heat transfer properties. MWF Light+ offers a wide range of beneficial performance attributes, including excellent thermal tolerance and chemical inertness. This exceptional metalworking fluid has a water-white liquid appearance and is easy to wash off with acetone or alcohol.
MWF L+ demonstrates optimal performance in all metal removal processes, including turning, milling, drilling, tapping, and others, and using standard application processes like flooding and MQL. It has also been known to significantly increase tool life and provide a 20% better surface finish (Sa) in many machining applications.
MWF L+ is an ideal solution for machining processes involving refractory metals and their alloys, including Tungsten (W), Tantalum (Ta), Molybdenum (Mo), Niobium (Nb), C103 and TZM and other higher temperature metals/alloys like Titanium (Ti), Inconel®, and more.
The “+” in this MWF denotes a rust inhibitor.
